History of Atlas-Weyhausen / Weycor Loaders

There’re some ATLAS-WEYHAUSEN & WEYCOR Loader Manuals PDF, Electric Wiring Diagrams above the page.

The history of Atlas Weyhausen (Weycor) began in 1919 with the opening of F. Weyhausen GmbH & Co. KG, which then produced wheel loaders and backhoe loaders.

In 1986, the company became Atlas Weyhausen GmbH, and after a series of sales in 2001, it became part of Terex.

And then in 2010, it was bought out by investor Filip S. Filipov and renamed Atlas Maschinen GmbH (later Atlas GmbH).

Today, Atlas GmbH produces construction equipment, and also sells mini and midi excavators from the Chinese manufacturer Sunward under the Atlas brand.

Weycor is one of the brands under which Atlas equipment is produced, but due to frequent changes in the company’s ownership and renaming, it may not be as well known as the Atlas name.
