The German company Wacker Neuson produces a wide range of lightweight construction equipment (vibrating plates, vibratory rollers, rammers, etc.) and compact construction equipment of up to 14 tons class (excavators, frontal loaders, telescopic loaders, skid steer loaders, mini dump trucks).
Products sold under several brands: Wacker Neuson (light and compact construction equipment), Kramer (front and telescopic handlers), Weidemann (agricultural equipment).
Outside Europe, the entire line of construction equipment is sold exclusively under the Wacker Neuson brand.
Wacker Neuson plants located in Germany, the USA, Austria, Germany and the Philippines.
The company has about 30 branches and 180 sales and service offices.
Wacker Neuson formed in 2007 – a result of the merger of Wacker Construction Equipment AG and Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG.
Weidemann GmbH became part of Wacker Construction Equipment in 2005, and Kramer-Werke GmbH acquired by Neuson Baumaschinen in 2001.
In 2009, Wacker Neuson reorganized into a European Joint Stock Company (SE).
